All our work is strategic.
This is where it all started for us, and over time we have increasingly focused on how strategy is communicated and “commissioned”. We facilitate organisation, team and function strategies in addition to the strategic work associated with all our complex projects.
Facilitation
Most our projects include elements of co-design and consultation, and we facilitate these processes with tact and creativity.
In keeping with our theme of complexity, we are also specialists in facilitation of problem solving, team development and planning sessions.
Facilitation is generally conducted in person, but we also have sophisticated technology to support virtual facilitation.
Video
We produce compelling video – from documentaries to corporate and explainer videos.
We own top-grade video equipment for studio and location shoots. We also have highly sophisticated animation capability, and audio equipment for studio-grade voice-over and sound production.
Not everyone has a high-end budget, so our options include simple animation and participant-voiced video, in addition to our full-scale professional productions.
E-learning
We create interesting and engaging E-learning modules, incorporating video, animation and interactive scenarios.
E-learning does not have to be dull. We have options for gamification, interaction and participative content. All our E-learning follows principles of cognitive behaviour change to optimise effectiveness.
Learning materials
We craft effective learning materials including workbooks, presentations, games and digital materials.
We develop, design and deliver impressive, large-scale programs for prestigious clients. We really understand what makes programs effective and compelling.
Documents and Collateral
We design documents and collateral for reports, campaigns and strategies.
All our work contains elements of design – bringing complex material to life, combining highly effective copy with layout and graphics that clarify and guide understanding.
Who We Are
Neethling is the surname of our founders. It is also the only anagram for the word Enlighten! Apt.
We are a collective of strategists, behaviour scientists, graphic designers, videographers, animators, educators, and marketing and communications specialists delivering a broad range of projects for private and public sector clients.
We are based in Sydney. We work across Australia and the Pacific and, sometimes, around the world.
We are real people with real knowledge, experience and skills. We are not an AI entity, but AI is a creative and sometimes useful member of our team!
